Background of the company

Romanian Land and Property is part of the holding established by Max Battilani.  He started the group in 1993 after the collapse of Communism in Eastern Europe.
The company has gone from strength to strength over the past few years thanks to the extraordinary yields of land in Romania.  It has also excelled because of the potentially excellent economic status of the Romanian market in joining the European Union and adopting the Euro as a currency.
During the last two years, new key partners have joined the company, which has enhanced company expertise and developed strong links with Central and Local Authorities.

Our teams in Romania and UK have years of experience in the Real Estate Investment Business. Our skills range from strategically planning real state investments through to portfolio management, sourcing profitable Property and dealing with local authorities.
